A Letter from the President
This is to introduce, or update you to Century Corrosion Technologies, Inc., a corrosion control company.
Century Corrosion Technologies, Inc., is a thirty-six year old organization with our home office located in Houston, Texas, USA. We have several remote operations, located both locally and internationally. Century is involved throughout the states of Texas and Louisiana. We also have affiliate offices in Venezuela.
Century is involved in three areas of the corrosion control process, which when considered together makes Century a full service corrosion control organization.
The first area is our Application Group. This group's expertise is the actual application of most protective coating products. We are experienced in the application of various different coatings, i.e., tank linings, epoxies, phenolics, polyesters, coal tars, inorganic and organic zincs, urethanes, epoxy claddings, single-component moisture-cured urethanes, state-of-the-art thermal spraying of aluminum and zinc, air-dried, chemically cured, and baked-on processes.
The secondary area is our Specialty Product Sales. This group works with engineering and procurement needs. They fill voids in product and equipment availabilities, design and formulate specialty coating systems and equipment. This group also represents and distributes various corrosion control products such as Wasser High-Tech Coatings, Cortec vapor phase corrosion inhibitors, Aerocote cleaners and degreasers, and other specialty-type products.
The third area is our Third-Party Inspection / Survey Services Group. This group is highly trained and experienced as onsite owners agents. The group goes to the work location and does a complete corrosion survey of that location, and then furnishes a report stating the areas and degree of corrosion. They are information gatherers and fact-finders for the engineer. We all know the importance of onsite inspection, monitoring, and reporting for the owner. This group fully understands the owner's needs and the magnitude of this responsibility.
Century Corrosion Technologies, Inc. is highly experienced and dedicated to furnishing our customers with the most practical and economically sound solutions to their corrosion problems. The size and complexity of our jobs range from a few thousand dollars on small vessels to millions of dollars of onsite plant and offshore drilling and production facilities.
