Century Corrosion Technologies, Inc. announces the purchase of All Points Equipment in Beasley, Texas and The Port of New Iberia, Louisiana.

CENTURY CORROSION TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
HOUSTON, September 27, 2004 // -- Century Corrosion Technologies, Inc. (“Century”) is announcing that it has closed the asset acquisition of All Points Equipment Co., LP, a Frank’s International, Inc. subsidiary, which will be effective on October 1 st, 2004.
“All Points” will remain at the same location, on the Port of Iberia, Louisiana. “Century” will maintain the existing employees at “All Points” and operations will continue as per usual. In addition, “Century” is looking at expanding the operations to include coating applications in New Iberia.
Mary Thomas, President/CEO, of Century Corrosion Technologies, Inc. (“Century”), states, “I had the opportunity to acquire “All Points”’ assets and name, which together with Century, each of the company’s growth will be enhanced.”
All Points Equipment Co., L.P. (“All Points”) is formally a member of the Frank’s Deepwater Team. Now as a Century subsidiary, “All Points” will continue to be dedicated to providing practical solutions for extending the capabilities for deepwater exploration and production through advanced riser technologies. Utilizing ultrasonic technology proven in other industries, “All Points” has developed a new generation of automated tools for determining riser integrity – including condition of welds, corrosion damage and wall thickness assessments.
